Marista Brasil supplier onboarding program

This program aims to welcome and integrate new partners into Marista Brasil, presenting the history, values and principles of the Institute of the Marist Brothers and of Marista Brasil, as well as providing guidance on the Code of Conduct, good procurement practices and the Integral Protection Policy for Children and Adolescents.

Upon completing the course, participants will be aligned with the ethical and human values of the Institution.

At Marista Brasil, suppliers must be duly qualified before materials and services can be purchased from them. If your company is interested in regularly supplying materials and services to our operations, fill out the form and complete your pre-registration. If an opportunity arises in the product or service category your company offers, you will receive an email with a link and instructions for the qualification process on our platforms.
No. Only after completing the qualification process will you be eligible to supply materials and services.
We work with qualification windows. Please wait. Submitting your information and registering does not guarantee quotations or negotiations. We will review your expression of interest in becoming a Marista Brasil supplier and, when there is an opportunity, you will receive an email with a link and instructions for the qualification process on our platforms.
Marista Brasil is committed to implementing measures that promote alignment with good ESG practices in managing its suppliers. To govern our supplier base, we use the Linkana Supplier Qualification Tool. This tool supports the assessment and control of our suppliers’ data and brings transparency and quality to our processes. We need our partners to help us ensure that records are correct and complete, making it easier to monitor and manage the relationship.
Expressing interest in becoming a supplier is a pre-registration that shows your intention to supply Marista Brasil. It does not mean being registered in our ERP or qualified in our supplier management system. Being registered means having active data in our ERP, but it does not guarantee qualification or eligibility to supply materials and services. Qualified suppliers are those that have completed every stage of the Marista Brasil supplier qualification process: they have an active record in our ERP, meet ESG requirements and have submitted the mandatory documents to our supplier management system. This means being eligible for quotations and for the supply of materials and services.
